Chris Evans is looking forward to the next chapter in life.

ET's Carly Steel sat down with the 35-year-old actor at the junket of his new film, Gifted, on Friday, where he opened up about playing a father figure on screen, and revealed that he "absolutely" wants to have kids of his own one day.

"Of course [I want to have children]," Evans shared. "That's certainly something I look forward to, absolutely."

"You'd make an amazing father," the actor's 10-year-old co-star, Mckenna Grace, adorably added. "You would be a good dad. You would. You're really nice."

"You're so sweet, kiddo," Evans gushed.

While we'll have to wait to see the Captain America star's skills as a father, he and Grace also dished on some of their secret talents.

"I like to sing!" Grace revealed.

"I'm OK. I don't know if I consider myself a singer. I think Mckenna's a lot better than I am," Evans said, before Grace exposed his real hidden talent.

"I know your hidden gift!" she confessed. "You know how to tap dance!"

"I can tap dance!" Evans sweetly admitted.

Gifted
hits theaters April 7.
