Phaedra Parks' longtime divorce drama with estranged husband Apollo Nida isn't over yet.

A judge recently threw out the Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Nida's divorce judgment, and Parks' rep tells ET that the reality star is now "reviewing her options" when it comes to ending their marriage.

"It's very confusing why a man who is engaged and enjoys frequent visits with his fiancée would work so aggressively to avoid ending his marriage," Parks' rep, Steve Honig, tells ET. "Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children."

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the judge was troubled with Parks "intentionally misspelling the parties names," and also that Nida was allegedly not informed of the final hearing or served with docs notifying him the divorce was final.

Nida, 38, is currently serving an eight-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft in May 2014. The two have two children together -- 6-year-old Auden and 3-year-old Dylan.

ET spoke with 43-year-old Parks in November, when she told us she was "actually divorced."

"I am done … it was very anticlimactic, shall I say?" she told ET. "No one gets married to end in divorce, so it's bittersweet."

"Apollo and I, obviously, are going to be connected through our wonderful children through the rest of our lives," she added. "I try to keep him in the loop as much as possible, because he obviously is in prison. I'm very cognizant that he wants to be a father ... and when he reaches out and calls, we try to make sure there's an open line of communication with the boys."
