Lady Gaga and talent agent Christian Carino are still going strong!

Gaga held hands with her silver-haired beau on Tuesday, heading to Gjelina restaurant in Venice, California, where she celebrated her 31st birthday in style. The "Million Reasons" singer wore a strapless black lace gown, a fur shawl and a glitzy choker as she headed to her birthday dinner, while Carino kept it simple in a white button-down shirt and black slacks.

Gaga had quite the guest list at her bash, which included Elton John and Johnny Depp. Gaga performed alongside Stevie Wonder at John's star-studded 70th birthday party in Los Angeles on Saturday, and it's clear the love is mutual between her and the "Tiny Dancer" singer.

"To my glamorous, dearest friend. I wish you the happiest of birthdays ever," John Instagrammed on Tuesday alongside a cute snap of the two cuddling. "Thank-you for being a part of mine. @ladygaga #HappyBirthdayLadyGaga."

Of course, Gaga also acknowledged her little monsters on her special day.

"I don't know how to thank my fans enough for the love you have shown me over the years and always on my birthday," she Instagrammed on Tuesday, sharing a selfie of her party look. "Today I have focused on smiling about all that I'm grateful for and reflecting on the last ten years of music and performances we have shared together. Thank you for continuing to inspire me to mold my fantasies into reality."

"Embrace your differences, celebrate who you are, it's in the unique parts of you that greatness hides," she added. "Don't be afraid to find it. Thank you for the Birthday Wishes. I ❤You."
