In a preview of Sunday's all-new Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim tells her family during dinner that she's planning to get surgery on her uterus so she can get pregnant again.
"I have to go in and prepare my uterus because I decided I want to try and have one more baby," she says to her famous family, who are all visibly shocked. Not surpisingly, her siblings -- as well as her mother, Kris Jenner, and Kris' boyfriend, Corey Gamble -- are concerned given Kim's serious pregnancy complications
with daughter North and son Saint.
"I don't want you to, like, do anything risky," Corey says.
Still, Kim is determined to undergo the procedure.
"I have to have a surgery on my uterus to kind of perpare this hole, so they need to, like, clean that out and then there's scar tissue," Kim further explains. "It'll still be a really high-risk pregnancy, just that you'd be able to get pregnant."
Later, the 36-year-old reality star explains to cameras why she wants another child so badly.
"Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle," she acknowledges. "I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don't feel like it's safe again for me to conceive myself."
"This surgery is really the one last thing I can try," Kim continues. "I want my kids to have siblings, and I want to know that I did everything I could to make this happen."
Keeping Up With the Kardashians airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on E!
