Miranda Lambert made the best of a sticky situation.
On Thursday, the 33-year-old country crooner was headed to Las Vegas, Nevada, for the Academy of Country Music Awards but didn't quite make it. "Y'all....@ACMawards or bust! Storms diverted our plane to Laughlin Nevada," she shared on Instagram, along with a photo of herself seemingly tailgating. "So... Rent a car set up the bar!! Vegas here we come. Thanks Curt Jenkins For drivin! Best TM ever! :?Marion Kraft #highwayvagabonds #wheelsandwhiskey #fenderbender #vanjam #90'scountry #bartenderinanotherlife."
Not only is Lambert nominated for six ACM awards -- including Female Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year -- she's also performing at the event.
Earlier this week, ET caught up with Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley, who dished about hosting the ACM Awards and how they plan to top last year. "[We're going to] drink a little more this year," Bentley quipped. "Get a little more crazy."
The ACM Awards will air live on Sunday, April 2 on CBS.
