Bella Thorne wants her followers to know they're not alone.

The 19-year-old actress took to Twitter on Tuesday to announce that she "came to the conclusion" that she struggles with depression.

While some fans were quick to point out that reaching her own "conclusion" wasn't the same thing as a diagnosis, and that depression was a serious mental health issue that shouldn't just be tossed around, others offered Thorne messages of support.

"I know that's a tough thing to admit but I feel like it's one step towards coping with it. Stay strong," one user wrote as others praised the Famous in Love star for her openness.

While Thorne has certainly seen an outpouring of support on Twitter, the actress has also experienced the dangerous side of social media.

In January, Thorne revealed to ET that she has received "full-on death threats" after dating certain people in Hollywood.

"Dating in Hollywood is literally the worst thing," she said. "People are really crazy on social and, unfortunately, I date people that have girls, like, in love with them. They're, like, really in love with them and they want to kill me. Literally, I was getting death threats, full-on death threats on Twitter."
