The proud papa has been posting a lot of photos of his 9-month-old son, and he realizes it.
Former Bachelor Sean Lowe and his wife, Catherine, have one insanely adorable baby boy, so it's no surprise that the proud papa can't help himself with it comes to sharing tons of super sweet pics of his son -- and even he knows that he's gotten a little carried away.
Sean took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a video of his 9-month-old son, Samuel Thomas, adorably waving farewell to someone off screen.

"Here's a video of a baby waving goodbye," Sean wrote in the hilariously self-aware caption. "I've become that annoying parent haven't I?"
While it's not for us to judge whether or not it's annoying, one thing is for sure: the reality star loves posting pics of his precious progeny. Since sharing the waving video yesterday, Sean's posted several more photos of Sam, each as heartwarming as the next.
Sometimes Sean posts pics to celebrate special milestones -- like when he and Sam watched their first Texas Rangers game together on MLB opening day on Monday:

Or when Sean, his dad, his granddad and his little boy posed for a photo capturing "four generations of Lowes" all hanging out together.
Other times, the Bachelor star just wants to give his followers a look at the day-to-day adorableness of having a little baby.

And sometimes, he gets downright emotional, like this heartwarming photo of Sam and Catherine cuddling up on the couch, fast asleep.
"Came home from the gym and found this on the sofa," he wrote. "Have you ever seen so much love in one picture?"

Sean and Catherine met during season 17 of The Bachelor in 2013, and got engaged in the finale. The couple tied the knot in a televised wedding the following year and welcomed Sam in July 2016.
In November, ET spoke with the happy couple, who revealed that they are already planning on expanding their family.
"We want them to be close together," Catherine explained. "I'm not pregnant or anything, but it's definitely important that we knock it out! My sisters and I are really close in age, and that's something that I loved … experiencing a lot of the same things. So we're hoping that the next one just gets to be best friends with Samuel."
"[I'll probably get pregnant] early next year, in the next six to eight months," she added.
