Caitlyn Jenner is losing faith in Donald Trump and the Republican party.

The former Olympian returns for another in-depth chat with Diane Sawyer on Friday, two years after her bombshell, gender identity-revealing 20/20 interview, to set the record straight on her position on same-sex marriage, as well as her disillusionment with the Republican party.

"I am 100 percent behind gay marriage, let's clear that up right now," Jenner, 67, unequivocally confirms, after Sawyer presses on Jenner's past controversial statements to Ellen DeGeneres regarding marriage equality. "It was [an evolving process], but I am -- get it straight -- I am all for it."

During the discussion, Jenner also shares the trouble she has had in reconciling her support of Republicans -- including Trump -- in the 2016 presidential election, with the administration's recent rollback in protections for transgender students in schools.

"Here's the deal -- yes, I did vote for Trump," Jenner concedes. "But here's the deal breaker with the Republican party: You mess with my community, you do the wrong thing with our community, you don't give us equality and a fair shot, I'm coming after you."

"When it comes to all equality issues for the entire LGBT community, what we need is federal guidance -- just like the previous administration said it was OK to serve as a trans person in the military," she continues. "We have frontline people, I'm talking Marines, trans guys ... fighting for our country."

As for whether she'd meet with Trump to discuss her concerns, Jenner confessed that the chances are slim.

"When I was at the inauguration, I did say hi [to Trump] at a cocktail party ... He wanted me to come play golf with him," she shares. "At that time, I thought it was a pretty good idea, but since Title IX, it's not a good idea, and so, I won't be playing golf with him."

"Caitlyn Jenner: The Secrets of My Life," Sawyer's special 20/20 interview with Jenner, airs April 20 at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.

The sit-down comes after Jenner's ex, Kris Jenner, broke ties with her former husband over her upcoming memoir, The Secrets of My Life.

"I read it and basically the only nice thing she had to say was that I was great socially at a party one time," Kris tells her daughters Kim and Khloe Kardashian in a clip from Sunday night's Keeping Up With the Kardashians. "None of it makes sense. Everything she says is all made up. Why does everything have to be that Kris is such a b**ch and an a**hole?"
