Caitlyn Jenner is standing behind what she wrote in her memoir, The Secrets of My Life, about her marriage to Kris Jenner.

On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kris was very upset about what was written about her in Caitlyn's book. “None of it makes sense,” the 61-year-old momager tells her daughters, Kim and Khloe Kardashian. “Everything she says is all made up. Why does everything have to be that Kris is such a b**ch and an a**hole?”

Caitlyn appeared on Monday's Good Morning America, and watched Kris' reaction to the memoir for the first time when co-host Michael Strahan played the clip from KUWTK. "I don't watch the show very often," the 67-year-old reality star admitted. "First of all, I feel like the book is extraordinarily honest. It is my perspective and obviously when you do a book like that, there's different opinions."

The former Olympian then implied that Kris' reaction might have been overblown for the television cameras. "It's a reality show. It is drama," she noted. "I'm sorry she went down that road."

"She's a good person," Caitlyn added. "We've had 23 great years together and raised wonderful, phenomenal kids."

As for the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, a source told ET that she's no longer close with her one-time stepchildren, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian. The source said the siblings no longer spend private time with Caitlyn, and only see her when she's with her daughters, 21-year-old Kendall and 19-year-old Kylie Jenner.

"Caitlyn's relationship with the Kardashians is distant," the source explained. "They will always be nice and cordial with Caitlyn, mainly for Kendall and Kylie’s sake, but their relationship will never be the same as it was with Bruce."

"The man who was in their lives for so many years is gone, and they don’t have the same relationship with Caitlyn," the source added. "Nothing bad happened, and they hold no grudges about the change Caitlyn made in her life, it's just different. They see Caitlyn when she is invited to an event for Kylie and Kendall, but there isn't private one-on-one time with them anymore."

While on GMA, Caitlyn talked about how her relationship has changed with her children since she came out about being a transgender woman two years ago. "You know, when you go through something like this, you always hope for the best, and it couldn’t have been any better," she shared. "My kids have been absolutely great, now you’re certainly closer with some than you are with the others, but that’s always in a relationship."

"Also, I always wonder, because I don’t see them as much as I used to see them, obviously, and so you wonder is that because of what I went through," she continued. "I raised wonderful kids. ...All of them have gone out, have kids, I’ve got 11 grandchildren now, have children, have successful jobs, they travel all over the world, and you know that’s also the reason why I don’t see them quite as much, as any parent feels the exact same way."

Caitlyn’s sit-down with Diane Sawyer also aired on Friday, two years after she first revealed she was transitioning to a woman. During the interview, she reflected on how she's getting along with Kris. "Do I talk to Kris, all the time? No,” she said on the 20/20 special. "She’s kind of moved on. I have certainly moved on, but we’re fine with each other."
