Beyonce and Jay Z: Could This 30,000 Square Foot Super Mansion Be Their New LA Home?

By
With twins on the way, Beyonce and Jay Z are looking for a place with a little more elbow room --- 30,000 square feet of elbow room, to be exact.
The couple has put in a $120 million bid on a newly constructed Bel-Air mega-mansion, Page Six reports. The home was designed by celebrated architect Paul McClean and contains eight bedrooms, 11 bathroom, four pools and even comes complete with bulletproof windows!
The two-acre property also boasts a spa -- with a hot tub, sauna and steam room -- a recording studio, a private screening room, staff quarters and a 15-car garage.
The luxurious estate also has 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, so Bey and Jay would have plenty of room for their 5-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, to play, as well as their twins, who are reportedly due in June.

And there's a view! The sprawling residence is perched up on a hill in Bel-Air's exclusive and very private East Gate area, and offers a beautiful, scenic view of Los Angeles.
The happy couple would also have some super famous neighbors to borrow a cup of sugar from, including Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek, Tom Jones, Jennifer Aniston and husband Justin Theroux.
The expectant parents, who currently reside in New York City, have been looking to relocate to Los Angeles before welcoming the new additions to their family. For more on the "Lemonade" star's pregnancy, check out the video below.
