Beyonce and Jay Z: Could This 30,000 Square Foot Super Mansion Be Their New LA Home?

The megastar couple has reportedly put in a $120 million bid for the sprawling Bel Air estate, which boasts 8 bedrooms, 11 bathroom and bulletproof windows!

, Beyonce and Jay Z are looking for a place with a little more elbow room --- 30,000 square feet of elbow room, to be exact.

The couple has put in a $120 million bid on a newly constructed Bel-Air mega-mansion, Page Six reports. The home was designed by celebrated architect Paul McClean and contains eight bedrooms, 11 bathroom, four pools and even comes complete with bulletproof windows!

The two-acre property also boasts a spa -- with a hot tub, sauna and steam room -- a recording studio, a private screening room, staff quarters and a 15-car garage.

The luxurious estate also has 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, so Bey and Jay would have plenty of room for their 5-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, to play, as well as their twins, who are reportedly due in June.

And there's a view! The sprawling residence is perched up on a hill in Bel-Air's exclusive and very private East Gate area, and offers a beautiful, scenic view of Los Angeles.

The happy couple would also have some super famous neighbors to borrow a cup of sugar from, including Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek, Tom Jones, Jennifer Aniston and husband Justin Theroux.
