Candace Cameron Bure has got some impressive fitness goals!
The 41-year-old actress took to Instagram on Saturday to show off her killer abs and intense workout routine with fitness trainer Kira Stokes.
“When @kirastokesfit does a gymnastics workout with you #SaturdayFun #ThisIs40 #FitMama #StokedAthlete #IllKeepWorkingOnIt,” she captioned an impressive video of herself working out with Stokes.
Stokes also took to Instagram to share a silly Boomerang post with Bure and her friend, Melissa Coulier, showing off “the evolution of abs.”
Bure has stepped up her workout game since partnering up with Stokes. Last week, she posted a video of herself getting a last-minute workout from her dressing room.
