Bob Harper Shares Video of Himself Doing Burpees 3 Months After Heart Attack: 'One Day at a Time'

Bob Harper is taking his recovery "one day at a time."

The Biggest Loser host took to Instagram on Saturday to share a video of himself doing burpees, just three months after suffering a life-threatening heart attack.

"Okay @crossfit @thedavecastro I'm getting closer to coming back," Harper wrote alongside the clip. "I did some burpees in my rehab yesterday to get a feel and see how my heart rate responded. The top notch team there kept a very watchful eye on me. ONE DAY AT A TIME. #heartattacksurvivor #beherenow."

The 51-year-old trainer, who has been sharing his road to recovery with fans, opened up about his heart attack during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen last month, revealing that he regrets "overlooking" the warning signs. 

"I fainted one time in the gym, I started having these dizzy spells and I just kind of overlooked them," Harper recalled. "[I] just adapted,which was just the dumbest [thing to do]. I kicked myself over and over again about that."
