The cowboy and model recently admitted to ET’s Lauren Zima that he would happily go on a date with the Fifth Harmony singer. And how did Normani react to the news?

ET’s Cameron Mathison caught up with the performer on Monday night after she nailed a perfect score on DWTS, where she seemed open to the idea of a date with Bonner.

“Yes! I will go out with you!” she declared.

But her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, wasn’t as enthused by the potential romance.

“Wait, wait, wait! Not this week because we got things to do this week but maybe a week after that,” Val quipped. “I need an address, where you're going on a date, what kind of men this is going to be, there's no drinking involved because she's not even 21 yet.”

But Normani blew off Val’s overprotective objections, saying, “I turn 21 at the end of the month!”

Now Normani is heading to the show’s finale next week after seeing her close friend, Simone Biles, go home in a shocking elimination on Monday night.

“She's got great spirits because she has no regrets, you know? I think she's embraced the show, got everything out of it that she wanted and in the process made great friends,” Normani told ET. “We still became family, and, I mean, there's only one winner at the end of the day, but I think that all of us can take something away from this show besides just the Mirror Ball Trophy.”
