Kate Gosselin has a house full of teenagers!

The 42-year-old reality star's sextuplets, sons Aaden, Collin and Joel, and daughters Alexis, Hannah and Leah, turned 13 in May, and the family celebrated with glamping and camping parties. The girls opted for a day of pampering and fancy food, while the boys chose to rough it in the wild.

Kate Plus 8 cameras were rolling as the siblings blew out their candles while their mom and 16-year-old twin sisters, Cara and Mady, attempted to sing "Happy Birthday" with all six names included.

Taking time to reflect at the party, Kate admitted that being a "single mom" has been hard for her. "You never stop worrying," she said.

The sextuplets' father, Jon Gosselin, was not present at his children's 13th birthday party, though he and ex-wife Kate do have shared custody of all eight kids. In an exclusive interview with ET last year, Jon claimed that Kate doesn't allow him to see his children as much as he'd like. "I can't even go to the school and contact them," he said. "It's just, like, I've been totally estranged from my kids."
