Palandjian, 53, is a former professional tennis player from Boston, a Harvard grad and is currently the CEO of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. He also has four children from a previous relationship.
The Buffy the Vampire star has kept her relationship out of the public eye, rarely sharing photos of the two except for a snapshot from back in December.
