The former Dancing With the Stars pro welcomed her second child with husband Alec Mazo, her rep confirms to ET.

Sliwinska gave birth to a daughter named Leia Josephine on June 18. The precious baby girl weighs 7 pounds and is 20 inches long.
"The new family of four are over the moon and absolutely in love with their little princess," Sliwinska's rep tells ET, adding that the dancer's 3-year-old son, Michael, picked out his sister's name.

ET caught up with Sliwinska in May, where she opened up more about her daughter's moniker.
"It's very funny, but we actually, with a second child, you kind of know the drill, and you're kind of more relaxed, so we don't have a name. However, my older son insists it's going to be baby Leia, and I have no idea why, because he has never seen Star Wars. But, you know, we don't hate that name, and if we don't come up with anything better, it is going to be baby Leia," she laughed. "So, there you go."
As for whether Sliwinska will be returning to DWTS anytime soon, she said, "never say never, but with two children it may be difficult!"
