“More than a rapper, a culture shifter and legend,” Bieber captioned a photo of the 30-year-old “Hotline Bling” singer. “Best of our generation.”

The pair previously collaborated on Bieber’s 2012 track “Right Here” and both artists appear on DJ Khaled’s new album, Grateful.

Bieber’s bromantic praise came as Drake took to the stage to host the 2017 NBA Awards in New York City on Monday night.

It seems the pop star has recently been reflecting on his past. Last week, he shared a throwback mugshot pic from 2014, when he was arrested on a DUI charge.

“Mugshot #jailsnotacoolplacetobe, #notfun #neveragain,” he captioned the snap.

Earlier this month, he also revealed a reflective new tattoo.

"I look back at a lot of things in my life, mistakes, insecurities, and although I have felt I've wasted a lot of time it also makes me want to be better faster!” he wrote about the tat, which reads “Better at 70.” “For me personally I want to work everyday to be BETTER AT 70."
