The couple celebrated five years of marriage by renewing their vows in a romantic ceremony with friends, family and their adorable kids on Friday.

Alec's oldest daughter, 21-year-old Ireland Baldwin, whom he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger, took to social media to document the ceremony, which was held at the Wolffer Estate Winery in Long Island, New York.
Alec and Hilaria read their vows with their young children, 3-year-old Carmen, 2-year-old Rafael and 9-month-old Leonardo, by their side.

Hilaria wore a gorgeous Amsale gown during the ceremony, and changed into a flirty Carmen Marc Valvo dress for the reception.
Before hitting up the dance floor, Alec got in a cute pic with Ireland.
