From their very first date to their upcoming nuptials, ET's breaking down our favorite moments from the hot pair.
Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich are beyond ready to say "I do."
The lovebirds are tying the knot in Southern California on Saturday after being engaged for nearly two years. Ahead of their nuptials, ET's taking a trip down memory lane to break down their love story, from their very first date to wedding bells.
The conversation begins.
Before Hough ever laid eyes on the NHL star in person, the two were connected by her Curve co-star, Teddy Sears.
"To be honest, I had never seen an episode of Dancing With the Stars, but in my defense, she had never seen a Caps game either until she met Teddy," Laich later told 106.7 The Fan. "On set, apparently, he was talking with Julianne, and said he had recently just gotten married, just got back from his honeymoon, and then asked her if she'd been seeing anyone."
"She said 'no' or whatever, and I guess he was watching our hockey game at the time," he continued. "He always watches the game on GameCenter on his iPad. I guess he just showed her the iPad and said, 'Well, I've got a guy for you,' or something. I guess that was how it sorta started. He kept mentioning her name, mentioning her name and eventually we connected."
Love at first sight.
When Hough and Laich did finally meet at a wedding reception in Washington, D.C., in December 2013, there was instant chemistry.
"I never thought I was one of those people, but when you know, you know," the Dancing With the Stars judge told ET in May. "When we saw each other for the first time, it was like, 'And, we're done.'"
"[It was] first sight," the 28-year-old dancer added. "It was crazy. We had been talking for a while, but we hadn't met."
On their third anniversary as a couple, Hough shared a photo from one of their first outings together via Instagram, and their smiles simply said it all.
"You know you're madly in love when 3 years goes by so fast yet feels like a lifetime!" she wrote. "Who would've known when we were taking this picture 3 yrs ago that we would be spending the rest of our lives together?!.... I did!!!! ❤ happy anniversary my love!"
Fitness pals.
Who needs weights when you have each other? The adorable duo is super into fitness, which is one of the many things they've bonded over.
"He has these beach workouts every Monday and Thursday and, like, a bunch of people started joining in," Hough told ET last June. "And it's so fun because it's not the way I would personally work out, but it's fun to get different experiences and different ways of working out. It's fun to hang out and push each other and also kind of show him I can keep up with a professional athlete. We're like-minded. We like the same things, so it's fun."
While they've shared a ton of workout pics, this one Laich posted in August 2016 is still our favorite.
"@juleshough is definitely the prettiest weight I've ever lifted!" the 34-year-old athlete captioned it. "Fitness is and always should be fun - use your imagination and create the active and healthy lifestyle that you want! Let's see what you come up with! ??"
Darling date nights.
From hikes to ice skating to play dates with their pups to simple cuddle sessions, the two certainly have found a way to keep the romance alive over the past three years.
"She is just everything....," Laich captioned a photo of his fiancée in February. "#WCW."
The proposal.
On Aug. 18, 2015, the blond beauty revealed via Instagram that Laich had popped the question with an adorable pic of herself admiring her ring and hugging her fiancé in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. "We are overwhelmed with joy and excitement to share with you our recent engagement! #fiancé #love," she captioned it.
One week until the wedding.
The future Mrs. Laich couldn't help but share one last selfie of her and her beau before their special day. "Sunday lunch with my ❤," she captioned a pic of herself giving her man a smooch on the cheek. Too cute!
