Vin Diesel received nothing but love from his Fast and the Furious co-stars on his 50th birthday.
Tyrese shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, writing that if it wasn't for the late Paul Walker, he wouldn't have Diesel as a "brother."
"As close as we are - I have to remind myself over and over that I wouldn't know you if it wasn't for Paul and in that spirit WE wanna wish our brother who moves with ALL HEART a Happy Birthday!!!!!," the actor wrote alongside an Instagram slideshow of the three of them. "Paul went out of his way to make sure that we connected and connected in a real way maybe just maybe he knew something that neither one of us could of ever known was coming........."
"This brotherhood, and our kids being best friends, has all made our worlds better on both sides......." he added. "Didn't wanna mess with the excitement and buzz of a birthday but I just had to put things in perspective-- A proper introduction that leads to a great friendship and brotherhood IS the gift that keeps on giving..... Happy birthday from me and Paul champion!!!!"
Ludacris also shared a snapshot of himself and Diesel on social media, writing, "Happy Bday to My Big Brother who has changed my life in more ways than one! ???????Pics like this one capture the energy of whenever we get together. Good times and Memories for Years! Everybody send some Love and a Happy Bday to the one and only @vindiesel."
Jordana Brewster, who played Mia in the franchise, also wished her "big brother" a happy birthday.
In May, the Fast & Furious cast reunited at the MTV Movie & TV Awards, where they were honored with the Generation Award. Diesel took the stage alongside Brewster, Tyrese and Michelle Rodriguez to thank their fans for their dedication to the franchise. Watch his speech in the video below.
