Tom Brady Shares Sweet Shout-Out to Gisele Bundchen on Her 37th Birthday
Tom Brady is paying tribute to his wife on her special day.
The 39-year-old New England Patriots quarterback took to Instagram to wish his wife, Gisele Bundchen, a happy birthday, with a glamorous shot of the supermodel riding a horse on the beach in Costa Rica. Bundchen turned 37 years old on Thursday.
"Happy Birthday @gisele this has been such a special year and we all love you more than you could ever know!" Brady wrote. "I love this picture because you are in your element...loving life, nature, and your family! We love you. Papai, Jack, Benny, and Vivi."

Brady and Bundchen have been married since February 2009. The couple shares two kids together, 7-year-old son Benjamin and 4-year-old daughter Vivian, and Bundchen is also close with Brady's son, 9-year-old John, from his former relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan. The picture-perfect family has been vacationing in Costa Rica this past week, and Brady has been sharing a few priceless snaps from their enviable getaway.
"I love these cowgirls," Brad captioned a photo of mother and daughter riding horses together.
He later shared a photo of Benjamin and John tired from surfing, fishing, jet skiing, paddle boarding and swimming.

In May, Bundchen shocked fans when she openly spoke about Brady's unreported football injuries, while appearing on CBS This Morning.
"Football, like, he had a concussion last year," she said. "I mean, he has concussions pretty much every -- you know, we don’t talk about it but he does have concussions.”"
