Lena Dunham is putting the marriage rumors to rest that she seemed to have started with one Instagram caption.

On Monday, the Girls star shared a photo of herself modeling a dress designed by the sister of  her boyfriend, Jack Antonoff, and sparked speculation that she had tied the knot when she referred to Rachel Antonoff as her "sister-in-law" and part of her family.

"My sister in law @rachelantonoff made this dress. As a designer, she has more wit, style and political awareness than anyone in the game," Dunham wrote. "Pretty lucky she's in my family and required to dress me in fine, fine linen. This art teacher chic look has me ready for a week of macaroni necklaces and protest!"

Dunham's followers immediately started inquiring in the comments as to whether she was a married woman. The 31-year-old writer then responded to one of her fans, writing: "I've called [Rachel] that for years. No ring."

While the longtime couple apparently have yet to say "I do," Dunham did dish to PrideSource last summer that she already knows what she wants her and Antonoff's wedding to be like. "Jack and I have talked about it and we've always said that when we get married we want our wedding party to just be our two sisters in tuxedos," she shared. "Jack has a straight sister, I have a queer sister; they'd be our best men / women and we'll call it a day. That's our dream."
