EXCLUSIVE: Christie Brinkley Says It's Harder to 'Meet a Nice Guy' at Her Age

Christie Brinkley is a gorgeous supermodel, but even she could use a little help when it comes to dating.

ET spoke to Brinkley at the 6th Annual St. Barth Hamptons Gala in Bridgehampton, New York, on Saturday to celebrate her sexy new cover for Social Life Magazine, where she got candid about her dating woes at 63. When asked about the one piece of dating advice she could use, Brinkley said it was "where to meet a nice guy."

"You know, because it's very different at my age," she told ET. "It's like, when you're young, no problem. But sort of at this age, it's not as easy."

"You know, I'm counting on my friends to, like, pull something out of the hat," she added.

Brinkley split last August from singer John Mellencamp after almost a year of dating. She was also linked to musician David Foster in December, though a source told ET at the time that their dates were "nothing serious." The mother of three says she's currently single.

"There's nobody right now," Brinkley says. "I'm loving my summer and, you know, kind of really too busy ... but I'd slow it down a little if the right person came along."

While the blonde bombshell is still single, she couldn't approve more of her 31-year-old daughter Alexa Ray Joel's boyfriend, restaurateur Ryan Gleason.

"Nicest guy, real sweetheart," she tells ET about Gleason. "He just gets her, and I see him sort of looking at her in that special way. It's sweet."

Clearly, Brinkley's kids -- including 22-year-old son Jack and 19-year-old daughter Sailor -- remain her top priority. ET spoke to her in April at the Harper's Bazaar 150th Anniversary event, where she gushed over her gorgeous family.
