The 41-year-old singer looked fresh-faced and casual as she shared a laugh with a crew member in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Sia is currently directing a feature film starring Kate Hudson.

The "Chandelier" singer is a busy lady, also announcing on Tuesday that she'll be releasing her first Christmas album this year. The new album, released under her worldwide deal with Atlantic Records, will consist of original holiday songs written by Sia and Greg Kurstin.

While Sia seems to have ditched her wig, Kate Hudson has picked one up -- at least while running errands around L.A. The 38-year-old actress shaved her golden locks into a buzz cut for Sister last week.
