Maria Menounos is taking it day by day.
The 39-year-old former E! News host appears to be in good spirits two month after undergoing brain tumor surgery.
Menounos took to Instagram on Saturday to share an inspirational quote with her followers, "We don't grow when things are easy. We grow when we face challenges."
"For anyone going through a tough time. We all go through difficult times in every area of life. No one has it easy," she captioned the pic, adding, "What I always try to remind myself is that every bad time has also been a gift. A chance to learn and grow. I look back at all the really tough times and realize it was all building blocks to get me tougher and wiser. This helped me keep a good attitude through my #braintumor diagnosis and surgery. I really do believe that everything happens for a reason, we just don't know why yet. Have a blessed Saturday everyone ?"

Earlier this week, Menounos was all smiles walking arm-in-arm with her fiancé, Keven Undergaro, in Beverly Hills. The One Tree Hill alum showed off her toned tummy in a black crop top, which she paired with ripped jeans, yellow flats, a black baseball cap and gold sunglasses.

Last month, the TV personality revealed that she was diagnosed with a meningioma brain tumor back in February, while her own mother, Litsa, was battling Stage 4 cancer in her brain. Menounos then had a seven-hour surgery on June 8 to remove the tumor, which luckily was benign.
She later shared a video of her recovery on Instagram, in which she's quoting her favorite Rocky Balboa line.
