Inside Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry's Fun Dinner Outing in LA
Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry are still good pals!
The 31-year-old actor and the 32-year-old singer were spotted dining with a group of eight people at The Tower Bar at Sunset Tower Hotel in West Hollywood, California, on Saturday night. An eyewitness tells ET that Perry arrived to the hotspot just after 9 p.m., and was seated next to Pattinson at a back corner table inside the restaurant.
"The group was in an upbeat mood," the eyewitness says. "They were laughing and smiling the minute they sat down. It seemed like good friends just having a fun Saturday night out."

Pattinson and Perry "never showed any PDA," the eyewitness adds.
The two superstars are longtime friends, karaoking together as far back as 2008, and crashing a wedding together in 2013. Perry is also pals with Pattinson's rumored fiancee, FKA Twigs. In November 2015, the trio happily posed alongside one another at a private charity event.
The "Teenage Dream" singer commented on their friendship in an interview with Elle UK in 2013, reiterating that they're just friends, and admitting she texted his ex, Kristen Stewart, about the rumors.
"I sent her a text message saying: 'I know you've seen all this stuff but you know I would never disrespect you,'" she shared. "'I'm not that person. I'm just trying to be a friend to him but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of t**s.'"

Last month, Pattinson opened up about his relationship with FKA Twigs during his appearance on SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show, and said the two were "kind of" engaged.
