The 'Hills' star and her husband, Spencer Pratt, told ET in June that they're going to be 'very strict' parents.
Heidi Montag is baby bumpin'!
The former Hills star showed off her burgeoning belly in a curve-hugging grey dress on Instagram on Saturday.
"? this jacket @jdosi ! #7monthspregnant," Montag captioned the pic.

ET caught up with Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt, in June, where they revealed that they still had a lot of work to do before their baby boy arrives.
“Definitely in way over my head here,” Pratt said. “I’m glad Heidi’s pretending that she’s not!”
“We've been moving so much, and I haven't had the chance to even do the nursery,” Montag admitted. “I have no idea what I need, and the baby registry and the baby shower... so, I definitely need the next few months to prepare.”
“We're gonna be very loving parents,” she added. “Very strict, too. I wanna have a lot of boundaries with our kids.”
