The 36-year-old reality star shocked the internet on Tuesday by posting a throwback pic of herself at 15 -- where she looks EXACTLY the same as the does now.

"When is National Ice Cream Day? (This pic was taken by Shelli Azoff when I was 15. First trip to Europe on tour with the Eagles) Allison & I made a journal of this trip. I'm gonna look for it & post it on my app!," Kardashian West captioned the 21-year-old shot, which could easily be mistaken for a modern-day photo.
Fans quickly took to the comments section to point out the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's inability to age.
"She looked like that when she was 15!! Wow gorgeous!" one user wrote, while another noted, "She looks so good at 15 and pretty much the same? Wtf amazing."
Though Kardashian West looks as if she hasn't aged a day since 1996, that's not to say she doesn't have other insecurities. The mother of two recently revealed that she hates her hands -- and her one Instagram regret is having short fingernails in a photo of her engagement ring after Kanye West's 2013 proposal.
