New Court Papers: Dermot Mulroney and Catherine Keener Divorce

ET confirms that DERMOT MULRONEY and CATHERINE KEENER's 16-year marriage will officially end on December 19, 2007.
In divorce papers filed on October 30, 2007, the parties agree to abide by a confidential marital settlement agreement. The papers state that the couple will share joint custody of their son, CLYDE, 8, and that there will be no child or spousal support awarded to either.
The couple separated over two years ago, but Dermot ('My Best Friend's Wedding') filed for divorce from Catherine ('Being John Malkovich') on June 8. The reason for the divorce filing was cited as irreconcilable differences.
Dermot was recently seen on the big screen in 'Zodiac' and 'Georgia Rule,' while Catherine starred in 'Friends with Money' and 'The 40 Year Old Virgin.'
