HTV: Jack Osbourne Talks 'DWTS'

Jack Osbourne was spotted by Hollywood.tv, and answered the question of whether he would appear on "Dancing with the Stars."

Osbourne's sister Kelly is a contestant on this season of the ABC hit. It was announced Monday that she will be paired with Louis van Amstel.
