Paula Abdul is Back as a 'Drop Dead Diva' Judge

Paula Abdul may not have joined "Dancing with the Stars," but the former "American Idol" judge will be revisiting her appearance as a judge on "Drop Dead Diva."
The one-hour, dramedy tells the story of a shallow wannabe model who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, plus-size and recently deceased attorney, Jane (Brooke Elliott).
Lifetime TV today announced that the premiere of "Drop Dead Diva"'s sophomore season will be Sunday, June 6 at 9 p.m. Paula will be back as Judge Paula Abdul, a figment of Jane’s subconscious.
Margaret Cho, Jackson Hurst, Kate Levering, April Bowlby, Josh Stamberg and Ben Feldman round out the cast.
