"The Bachelor"'s Jake Pavelka strikes a pose with his "Dancing with the Stars" partner Chelsie Hightower -- and ET is exclusively behind the scenes of his "Dancing" photo shoot for OK! magazine.
"It is all in the hips," he tells ET when asked how his dance lessons are going. "I am sore. My knees hurt; my hips hurt. The shoes that they are putting me in … no guy should wear shoes like that. They have a heel on them and they make your feet hurt. Now, I am more sensitive to Vienna [Girardi] when she says her feet hurt. I get it."
Jake and Chelsie will be performing the Viennese Waltz for their first dance, and the former "Bachelor," now engaged to Vienna, says he may be in for trouble because he is in shape!
"My vice this season is that I started lifting weights when I was 15 years old, so I have short, powerful weight-lifting muscles and that is not good for dancing. Chelsie can turn herself into a pretzel; I can't even touch my toes," he says.
Jake has met several of his fellow contestants and he says that at this point, he feels his biggest competitors are Niecy Nash, Evan Lysacek and Nicole Scherzinger.
So how does Vienna feel about him spending so much time with Chelsie?
"I am Jake's biggest supporter," she tells ET. "He dances with Chelsie all day, but at night, he comes home to me."
