Olivia Munn is a smart jet setter.
ET teamed up with American Express in celebration of their new Starwood Preferred Guest® American Express Luxury Credit Card and got to chat with their brand ambassador, Munn, who shared her travel tips and tricks.
“Honest to goodness, my best travel hack is bringing a hot water bottle with you on the plane,” she told ET’s Brice Sander at the launch event for the new card. “Cheap, from the drug store, you bring it on the plane and you get the flight attendant to fill it up with boiling hot water, which they always have for their hot teas and their coffee. It makes every flight so comfortable. I do that before the flight takes off and I’ve always noticed that they’re surprised that I have it.”
Munn, who is a loyal Card Member, shared the perks of the company’s new Starwood Preferred Guest® American Express Luxury Credit Card.
“It’s kind of amazing, because of all the points you get back,” she explained. “This card specifically, the amount of points you get back, you know, 6x your points for every dollar spent on certain hotels, and then 3x for certain restaurants and stuff. It’s really awesome, [those are] the perks for being an Amex cardholder, they really kind of kick up to another level.”
The actress also mentioned the importance of treating yourself whenever people go on long trips.
“My gosh, whenever I travel...especially whenever you’re flying so long, I love to get a great massage or facial,” she said.
