Love makes people do crazy things -- like defy centuries of tradition. Prince William of Wales is set to marry the non-titled Catherine Elizabeth "Kate" Middleton on April 29, 2011. Kate was born to Carole Elizabeth, a flight attendant, and Michael Francis Middleton, a flight dispatcher and later an airline officer for British Airways. In 1987, Kate's parents founded Party Pieces, a very profitable mail order company that sells party supplies. Kate and William met while studying at St. Andrews University in Scotland.
