Dennis Hopper opened up on Saturday about how he’s been feeling since his manager’s announcement last month that he’d been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Hopper, who was attending the Breeders’ Cup horse-racing event in support of The V Foundation for Cancer Research, told the Associated Press he’s begun receiving a new, experimental treatment at the University of Southern California that he believes has “great promise,” and he added, “Everything’s good right now.”

Despite the recentness of the announcement about his diagnosis, the 73-year-old Oscar-nominee said he's been fighting cancer for the last nine years.

ET has obtained a multi-million dollar lawsuit filed by Jennifer Lopez against her ex-husband Ojani Noa, who Lopez claims is trying to release a movie about their marriage as well as home-video footage of her. The story follows:

Lopez accuses Noa and another defendant, Ed Meyer, of producing and marketing a proposed feature film called ‘How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.’

The star singer and actress contends that such a project would violate a settlement agreement (containing non-disparagement and non-disclosure clauses) she and Noa entered into in 2005.

Although Rosie O'Donnell and wife Kelli have announced they are splitting as a couple, their r family vacations, formed with friend Gregg Kaminsky, sails on.

A spokesperson for O’Donnell told ET today, “There will be no changes in r family vacations, and it’s business as usual for the company, which is well underway with planning for 2011 and continuing to book for 2010.”

R family vacations, founded by Kelli and travel entrepreneur Kaminsky, provides family vacations for gays, lesbians, their families and friends. Its maiden voyage featuring Rosie, Kelli and their children was documented for the HBO Emmy-nominated documentary "All Aboard! Rosie’s Family Cruise."

Former “American Idol” champ Kelly Clarkson performed to a packed house at the The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Friday night, and ET has the details on how she celebrated after the show.

Clarkson was spotted hanging out with about 30 friends at the Wasted Space club, where she sipped on Stoli Blueberry and danced the night away.

New York Yankees champ Johnny Damon was also seen at Wasted Space with his wife and friends. He enjoyed some Jack Daniels, Patron and a bottle of Dom Perignon sent out by his former baseball teammate Jason Giambi.

Jaycee Dugard reportedly gave authorities a false name and became defensive under questioning in the hours before her alleged kidnapper, Phillip Garrido, was arrested.

A report by California's Inspector General goes as follows: On August 26, Dugard initially identified herself to Garrido’s parole agent as “Alyssa” and said she was the mother of two younger girls with her.

When the parole agent continued to question her, she became “defensive and agitated, wanting to know why the parole agent was interrogating them.” She said she knew Garrido was a registered sex offender, but added that he was “a changed man and a great person who was good with her kids.”

On Thursday's "Tonight Show," Conan said he'd woken up to "shocking news." "Apparently the tweets that we read were counterfeit," Conan said referring to the skit he did that used quotes from a Levi impersonator. "They were written by a clever impostor posing as the witty Levi Johnston. And the real Levi is very angry with us now."

On Thursday's "Tonight Show," host Conan O'Brien offered his personal apology to Levi Johnston for "misrepresenting him in any way" in a skit the previous evening -- then, he invited William Shatner back out to recite what Conan called "verified" quotes from the father of Sarah Palin's grandson!

A rep for the actress tells ET that there is no truth to the rumors that the two are engaged.

ET has obtained a statement from the rep of Levi Johnston to Twitter claiming that the father to Sarah Palin's grandchild was being impersonated on the social networking site.

The tweets posted to the account were read as spoken word poetry by William Shatner last night, November 5, on the "Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien" and it was implied that it was, in fact, the official tweets made by Johnston himself.

Johnston's rep released the following statement: "My client, Levi Johnston, is being impersonated on your media (Twitter) and this is leading to libel and slanderous statements being attributed to him. ... We want you to put an immediate end to this illegal activity. ... You are being used as a medium to promote this illegality and we want immediate action. ... You are now on notice and must take steps to put an end to what is clearly against the law and against your policy. ... We want to know what steps you will be taking to correct what is clearly a problem which is escalating."

Morgan Freeman has reportedly settled a lawsuit regarding a 2008 car accident that left the star injured.

The Associated Press reports that the star, who was sued by Demaris Meyer back in February, has settled the suit.

"We're all glad it's over with," Freeman's attorney Jack Hayes Jr. told the AP.

Rue McClanahan has been hospitalized -- ET has the details.

The beloved "Golden Girls" star went in for a physical, as she had been experiencing shortness of breath. Her doctor found that she had a heart problem, requiring bypass surgery.

A rep for Rue says the surgery went off without a hitch yesterday, Wednesday Nov. 4th, in a New York hospital. We're told she's doing great and the doctors say the surgery was a complete success.

Josh Duhamel is under attack by tabloid rumors that allege the actor had sex with an Atlanta stripper. Now, his wife Fergie speaks out to ET!

In a statement just in today, the Black Eyed Peas singer is standing by her man. She says simply, "These allegations are nonsense."

Josh also responded to the stripper's claims earlier this morning.

Josh Duhamel is speaking out about the tabloid rumors that allege the actor had sex with an Atlanta stripper.

“This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity," his rep said in a statement. "This story is absolutely ridiculous. It is unfortunate that we have to respond to a story that was created because money was exchanged between a tabloid and this woman."
