The clock is ticking fast in the dance studio. Niecy Nash and partner Louis Van Amstel are using every last second to perfect their "sassy" cha-cha for tonight's "Dancing with the Stars" premiere.

With her "secret weapon" by her side to lead her through the choreography, Niecy told ET, "I'm gonna bring it tonight." She promises to entertain and dazzle in a "very saucy, very uplifting" dress. As for what to look forward to in the dance steps, "The Insider"'s panelist teases, "Louis Van Amstel has choreographed my jiggly parts and made them a part of the routine."

So far Niecy has eluded injury, but comments, "How is my body holding up? I don't know because everything from the neck down is numb."

Bolts of lightning, balls of fire, and piercingly sharp fangs are just some of the in-your-face 3D graphics that comprise 'How to Train Your Dragon.' Gerard Butler gave his signature Scottish flair as the voice of Stoick and shared his rave review with ET.

"I was blown away by this whole experience visually, emotionally. The originality, it was just really an enthralling movie," Gerry said compassionately of the animated feature.

Based on a children's book, 'Dragon' is a heartwarming story of Hiccup (Jay Baruchel) struggling to earn the respect of his strong, powerful father. Determined to prove himself worthy to his doubtful dad and villagers, the young Viking boy tries to slay an elusive breed of dragon that no Viking has laid eyes on before. In a touching turn of events, the boy befriends the creature he sought to harm and proves to the other Vikings that the reptiles are maybe not so dangerous after all.

Alzheimer's has afflicted loved ones of celebs such as Seth Rogen and Gilles Marini. Along with a long list of other philanthropic stars, such as Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, they came together to raise money last Thursday at the 18th Annual "A Night at Sardi's" event in Beverly Hills.

Pouring his heart out, Seth told ET, "I know people personally that are affected by Alzheimer's and it's a horrible disease and to see it first-hand is just really depressing." He contributed to the evening by telling jokes and vowed, "I will not sing. I made a no singing deal specifically."

Beyond the rock-hard muscles, Gilles tapped into his softer side for the occasion. "Every 70 seconds, someone is being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Obviously I have people in my family with Alzheimer's…I believe it touches everyone and it's important to get rid of this disease and helping with what we do here is crucial."

Retired astronaut Buzz Aldrin will be taking his first step onto the "Dancing with the Stars" stage tonight with professional partner Ashly Costa for a cha-cha-cha, and he tells ET it is nothing like moon walking.

"[The cha-cha is] a little more rapid than slow walking on the moon," he tells ET, which is exclusively at his rehearsal. "Everything is slow motion up there because of low gravity. It is not like space walking, which is floating. It is not like scuba diving or skiing. This cha-cha is a challenge."

Buzz says that he joined the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" in order to promote his campaign to expose people to a "more experienced judgment about what our space program should be about."

The hit series "Nurse Jackie" is returning to Showtime and Edie Falco and the cast disclose some juicy details about the second season.

Jackie (Falco) is a prescription drug abuser who is leading a double life between her husband Kevin Peyton (Dominic Fumusa) and her lover Eddie Walzer (Paul Schulze). In the season finale, it looked as though her secrets may be revealed. "She's not fixed yet," Falco tells ET while at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences event that was honoring the program.

In addition to being romantically involved with two men, Jackie's coworker Dr. Fitch Cooper (Peter Facinelli) has developed a crush on her. "It's a pretty big roller coaster for my character," Facinelli reveals about the second season. "Coop has really high highs and really low lows."

"How I Met Your Mother" star Neil Patrick Harris is recording the voiceover for Listerine's fun new educational short, "This Is Your Mouth," and he's spilling the beans on his highly anticipated appearance on "Glee"! Will he sing?

"Maybe," he replies, deadpan. "There might be a tune or three."

"It's so much more labor intensive when you're filming it than when you're watching it," he says of "Glee." "When you're watching it, it's great -- there's all these fast edits and everyone's singing and dancing and it's super great fun. But when you're filming … it's a lot of work, so my hat's off to that young cast, because they're supremely talented."

"The Bold and the Beautiful" turns 23 years young on Tuesday, March 23, and fans of the hit CBS soap opera can look forward to a whole new generation of conflict between the Forrester and the Logan families, according to executive producer Bradley Bell, who fills ET in on the drama still to come -- and Betty White's Daytime Emmy-nominated role.

ET: What does 23 years mean to you?

Bradley Bell: It is a great feeling. It is a feeling of success. It is so much fun to look at, especially our four original cast members -- John McCook (Eric Forrester), Susan Flannery (Stephanie Forrester), Ronn Moss (Ridge Forrester), and Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) -- we have been together for so long. When we started out in 1987, we were never thinking about the year 2010. It is a wonderful sense of accomplishment.

In his first one-on-one interviews since his car accident on Thanksgiving weekend, Tiger Woods speaks about everything from his infidelities, his return to golf and his relationship with wife Elin.

Two interviews with the pro golfer aired Sunday night, March 21 -- one being with Kelly Tilghman on The Golf Channel and the other being conducted by golf reporter Tom Rinaldi on ESPN. "I hurt a lot of people, not just my wife," he told Rinaldi. During his Golf Channel interview, Woods referred to his actions as disgusting, saying, “Looking back now with a more clear head I get it. I understand why people would say those things because, you know what, it was disgusting behavior. It’s hard to believe that was me, looking back on it now.”

When asked by Tilghman about what really went down the night of his car accident on Nov. 28, Woods responded, "It’s all in the police report. There’s a lot of stuff between Elin and I that will remain private."

Before he makes his way back onto the green, Tiger Woods reportedly sat down for two separate interviews that are said to be airing Sunday night.

According to the Associated Press, The Golf Channel and ESPN will air two separate interviews with the pro golfer at the same time. The Golf Channel will broadcast Woods' interview with Kelly Tilghman, who worked closely with Woods at some of his clinics. Meanwhile, golf reporter Tom Rinaldi spoke with Woods for ESPN's interview segment.

The pro golfer will be competing in the Masters Tournament this year, according to his Web site. The Masters takes place in Augusta, Georgia from April 5 through April 11. This will be the first time Woods will compete in a golf tournament since his fender bender over Thanksgiving weekend that led to him going into hiding for several months and a number of women coming forward claiming to have slept with the golf pro.

Rosie O'Donnell is planning to come back to daytime television as host of a new syndicated talk show, according to a report.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, O'Donnell is teaming with TV veterans Dick Robertson and Scott Carlin.

The show is being planned for a possible launch in fall of 2011, which is the same time that Oprah Winfrey's long-running talk show will end.

Star Jones is recovering from heart surgery.

A rep for the television personality tells ET, "On Wednesday, March 17th, a pre-planned cardiac surgery was performed on Star Jones. This recent surgery is a follow-up to the thoracic surgery she had 30 years ago.

"The procedure was successful and she is recovering well with her family. Star is grateful for everyone’s thoughts and prayers," the rep concludes.

Just in to the ET news desk: A rep for the Orange County Sheriff's Department tells us police were dispatched to Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' neighborhood on Saturday.

The police rep says authorities responded to an alleged incident in the area that involved two individuals in a car reportedly yelling to someone inside a residence. Members of the press were found at the site.

No arrests were made.

Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James was spotted out in Huntington Beach, Calif. on Friday sporting what's believed to be his wedding ring, amid reports that he's been unfaithful to his Oscar-winning wife.

On Thursday, James broke his silence regarding the rumors of his marital infidelity and apologized for the "grief" he said he's caused Bullock and his children.

'Avatar' star Sam Worthington battles a whole new set of otherworldly, dangerous creatures in the all-new 3D 'Clash of the Titans,' in theaters April 2, and in our exclusive look behind the scenes of the action epic, he says, "I believe any hero is just a person that can stand up when the going gets tough."
