Angelina Jolie and her newborn twins left Lenval Hospital in Nice, France, early Saturday morning, the hospital said in a statement.

"The mother and her babies are doing very well," the statement said.

Twins Knox and Vivienne were born last Saturday night. They are the fifth and sixth children for the 33-year-old actress and Brad Pitt. The babies join their four siblings, Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.

Britney Spears' settlement agreement forged with Kevin Federline allows the pop star to visit her little boys -- Sean, 2, and Jayden, 1 -- three nights a week, plus two overnight stays for starters, the Associated Press reports.

If that arrangement goes according to plan, she could end up caring for her little boys about 40 percent of the time, her attorney Laura Wasser tells the AP.

Earlier Friday, K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told ET he believes the Court will approve the settlement in the days to come.

In new papers obtained by ET, Ed McMahon sues L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on nine grounds, including negligence, battery, fraud, elder abuse and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The papers, which request a jury trial, allege that the former "Tonight Show" host underwent three neck surgeries as a result of the named defendants' actions, "leaving him with permanent and significant residual injuries and causing him substantial financial, emotional and physical damages."

The 83-year-old entertainer took a fall last year and suffered a broken neck. The papers state that McMahon was subsequently "rushed via ambulance" to Cedars-Sinai, where the emergency room attending physician allegedly "failed to take an x-ray of McMahon's cervical spine despite his complaints of severe neck pain."

ET confirms that reality star Khloe Kardashian has been released from jail.

The 24-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star was booked at a Los Angeles County jail Friday morning at 8:52 and released at 1:29 p.m.

A rep for Khloe released this statement to ET: "Khloe was prepared to serve her entire 30 -day sentence, if that was what the Sheriff's Department ordered. However, due to jail over-crowding, she was released after a few hours. She was treated no differently than anyone else serving a similar sentence. Of course, she is happy to be out and she thanks the Sheriff's Department for its professionalism. She now looks forwarding to successfully completing the terms of her probation."

With Britney and K-Fed both having agreed to a custody settlement, K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan tells ET that it's only a matter of time before the court signs off on the pact as well.

That will happen "sometime in the very near future," but not before the end of Friday, Kaplan said, adding: "Most importantly, a need to go to trial in August has been averted."

According to OK! magazine, Federline will get sole custody of their two children.

Tasler says that big-screen star John Malkovich and Laurence Fishburne of 'The Matrix' fame are two of the names the network had considered for the role. Now that those names have come and gone from discussions, she said that "Moonlight" star Alex O'Loughlin would be someone they would consider.

ET has just obtained Khloe Kardashian's mug shot. The reality TV star checked into a Los Angeles County jail earlier this morning. She is serving time for violating her DUI probation.

"We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled," Salma's rep tells USA Today.

The publication broke the news that the couple called off their engagement. There is no word as to why the wedding is off or if they will continue their relationship.

Last fall, they welcomed their first child -- a baby girl.
