Misdemeanor assault and harassment charges against John Rich, of the country music duo Big & Rich, have been dismissed.

Rich was among the witnesses to testify before a judge on Friday that he didn’t punch Jared Ashley at a night club last year, says the Associated Press.

Ashley is a former contestant on the reality competition "Nashville Star."

ET has obtained a warrant unsealed by a Nevada judge on Friday against the Las Vegas pharmacy that was searched last July as part of the investigation into Michael Jackson's death and where officials believe Dr. Conrad Murray may have obtained the drug Propofol.

According to the papers, investigators who searched Murray's home and office found a receipt from Applied Pharmacy Services for a transaction that took place on May 12, 2009, during which Dr. Murray apparently obtained four vials of Propofol, among other drugs. Propofol is one of the drugs that ultimately killed Jackson on June 25. Propofol was also found in Murray's doctor's bag and "on the bedside table," according to the warrant.

In other documents, police claim Murray told them that Jackson referred to Propofol as his "milk" and that he was giving the late King of Pop 50 mg of the drug "every night via intravenous drip (IV) to assist Jackson in sleeping." He also claimed, according to the documents, that he suspected Jackson had formed an addiction and tried to "wean Jackson off the drug."

According to a judge, Chris Brown is complying with the terms of his probation.

City News Service reports that a Los Angeles judge made the ruling Thursday.

Last summer, a judge sentenced Brown to receive five years of probation and six months of community labor in Virginia (his home state), after he was charged with assaulting his ex-girlfriend, singer Rihanna. He was also ordered not to contact Rihanna and keep 100 yards away from her -- 10 yards if they both attend a music biz event -- for the next five years.

Country music sensation Carrie Underwood appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday afternoon, and she revealed if she plans to move in with her boyfriend, Mike Fisher.

When asked if the pair plans to shack up together, Carrie prefaced her answer by saying, "Call me old fashioned."

"The next guy I move in with will be my hubby, whoever that is," she told Ellen. "I'm not saying it's going to be him."

In her first televised sit-down interview since the death of her brother, Michael, Janet Jackson reveals that her family tried several times to help the King of Pop get the help he needed.

Janet says the last time she saw Michael was two days before her birthday and tells ABC's Robin Roberts that her family attempted to step in and help him but were unsuccessful.

"Those are the things you do when you love someone," she says of her family's efforts. "You can't just let them continue on that way."

Music star Leona Lewis's new album Echo dropped Tuesday, and we have the singing sensation talking all about her highly anticipated second album.

"I'm actually more confident with this album than the last," she says. "I've taken more control this time and I feel more at ease with everything. To me, it's all about great songs. I hope they move people as much as they move me."

Lewis wrote nine of the 13 tracks and says that she wanted this album to show how much she's grown.

Leighton Meester, GQ's "Obsession of the Year," traveled from her "Gossip Girl" home on the Upper East Side to the heart of Times Square on Tuesday night.   Hitting newsstands November 24, ET unveiled the GQ photo spread to the actress. She said the shoot made her feel "very liberated. I'm a real woman."

With the moral support of her co-stars and other celeb friends, Leighton lent her vocal talent opening of the American Eagle flagship store Tuesday night.

"Gossip Girl"'s Jessica Szohr and Michelle Trachtenberg were right there by her side as Leighton took the stage. Jessica told ET, "I am supporting one of my best friends and co-stars." The actress also promises much more drama on this season of the show.

Andrew Lloyd Webber was re-admitted to the hospital Tuesday night following reports made back in October that the famed composer was suffering from cancer.

A health update was posted on Lloyd Webber's blog stating that he had been hospitalized after an operation for his prostate cancer. "He has been advised that while the operation was entirely successful, he has developed a post-operative “chronic infection” which needs immediate treatment. He still hopes to back at work in the New Year," the post reads.

Lloyd Webber is a renowned composer, known for such works as Phantom of the Opera and Cats.

It was revealed in papers filed by the Internal Revenue Service that pop star Aaron Carter owes more than $1 million in back taxes. His manager reacts to this surfacing news, citing that the former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant's money was "mismanaged" when he was a minor. He turns 22 next month.

Manager Johnny Wright told ET in an exclusive statement, "It is unfortunate that while Aaron was a minor, his finances were grossly mismanaged by his previous team which has lead to the current situation of which he was unaware of until today. Aaron is working with a new team to take appropriate actions towards speedy resolution of the matter and looks forward to putting this behind him and moving forward with the next stage of his music career."

Janet Jackson's song "Make Me" from her newly-released album Number Ones is making sources close to Janet and her late brother's estate clash.

The debate centers around a lyric that reads, "Don't stop till you get it up." A source told ET that Michael's estate questioned Janet's right to use the lyric because of its similarity to his song "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough," featured on Michael's album Off the Wall.

Now a source close to Jackson estate special administrators John Branca and John McClain tells ET, "There is no war and it's ridiculous to suggest it." Estate representatives have made no official comment, nor have we reached Janet Jackson's representative so far.

Janet Jackson's new album, Number Ones, is in stores today, and now a source is telling ET that the estate for the late Michael Jackson is at war with Janet over one of the songs on the album.

The song in question is called "Make Me" and features a lyric that reads, "Don't stop till you get it up." The source has told ET that Michael's estate is questioning Janet's right to use the lyric because of its similarity to his song "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough," featured on Michael's album Off the Wall.

We've reached out to Janet's camp, who have not yet responded, while the attorneys representing the estate's special administators John Branca and John McClain tell ET they are unaware of it and will get back to us.

The pop icon is launching her own iPhone and iPod application called "It's Britney!" which is now available at the iTunes App Store.

The fun new app allows fans to get exclusive messages from Britney herself, to create and share images of themselves and friends on stage with Britney, to access to updated photos and exclusive tour images as well as a feature called "Shake, Shake, Shake," which plays a recording of Britney saying, "It's Britney Bit*%!" every time the user shakes their iPhone or iPod Touch.

Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel were all smiles as they walked the rainy streets of New York City Friday night. This being one of the first times the couple has been photographed together since a stripper publicly claimed she had a sexual relationship with the married actor.

The couple is reported to have enjoyed a romantic dinner before being snapped by the paps getting into their vehicle.

Fergie told ET the tabloid rumors that allege her husband had sex with an Atlanta stripper are "nonsense."

Slipknot lead singer Corey Taylor got married in Las Vegas on Friday, and ET has the details.

John Branca and John McClain were appointed coexecutors of Jackson's estate on Thursday, and have been granted limited authority. The appointment expires on January 4, 2010.
