'Friday the 13th'

The hockey-masked killer Jason Vorhees is back in an all-new, re-imagined take on 'Friday the 13th,' co-produced by 'Transformers' maestro Michael Bay. "Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki leads a young cast of "fresh meat" headed to the slaughter at Camp Crystal Lake, the location of one too many bad summers. This time around, a group of friends travel to a cabin on the lake for the perfect party weekend -- which just happens to be near the now-boarded up, abandoned camp. When his sister subsequently goes missing, Jared soon finds himself face-to-face with the "reborn, reimagined, and rebooted" Jason.

Special features on the "Killer Cut" extended edition include nine more minutes of footage, additional slashed scenes and the behind-the-scenes making-of featurette "The Rebirth of Jason Voorhees." The Blu-ray edition also includes a digital copy of the film and bonus features including "Rebirth of Jason Vorhees"; "Hacking Back/Slashing Forward"; "The 7 Best Kills" and a trivia track.
