Star Trek: Discovery is bulking up its cast for season two.

Tig Notaro, whose credits include One Mississippi and the upcoming film Instant Family, has joined the cast in a guest-starring role on the original CBS All Access series, CBS' streaming service announced Wednesday.

Notaro will play Chief Engineer Denise Reno of the USS Hiawatha in the upcoming season, which kicks off production later this month. No official premiere date has been confirmed.

Notaro is the latest cast addition to Star Trek: Discovery. Earlier this week, the series added Anson Mount in the pivotal season two role of Captain Christopher Pike of the USS Enterprise, a character who was introduced in the freshman finale

Star Trek: Discovery follows the voyages of Starfleet on their missions to discover new worlds and new life forms, and one Starfleet officer who must learn that to truly understand all things alien, you must first understand yourself.

Watch the entire first season of Star Trek: Discovery on CBS All Access.
