On Tuesday night's "The Biggest Loser," it was a definite case of be careful what you wish for because you just might get it when Tina Elliott was sent packing. Earlier in the week, she told her fellow "Losers" that she wanted to go home, and, although, she changed her mind and fought to stay, it was too little too late when she ended up being one of two women up for elimination and was unanimously voted out.

"I wasn't really surprised for it because of the way that week had started out," she tells ET. "The week previously, I had told everyone I was ready to go home. I was mentally and physically exhausted."

Tina says that she wishes had been better prepared emotionally for the experience. She had expected the physical toll, but not how hard the emotional journey would be.

"Everyone knows this opportunity is awesome and it is a wonderful opportunity to go on 'The Biggest Loser,'" Tina continues. "I don't think I was quite prepared for the emotional part of it in the sense that I missed my family tremendously and the support from them. The vigorous workout and lack of sleep … sleep deprivation… was hard on me."

Tina's starting weight was 263 pounds and this morning she told ET she weighed 199 pounds -- a 64-pound weight loss. And she is paying it forward -- this season's "Biggest Loser" theme -- to her family. One of her two daughters has lost 85 pounds and her sister-in-laws have also started to live healthier lifestyles. It is just her husband that she has not been able to convert.

"My husband hasn't exactly jumped on board," she says. "He still eats his own food and that has been a crazy thing for us, because when I told him I was going to do this journey, I told him when I came home he would have to start eating the way I did. He is eating his food and I am eating mine. That is the way it is right now."

Tina, who says her favorite part of the weight loss is being able to put on a pair of fitted jeans, says her goal weight is 150 pounds. Stay tuned to find out if she makes it by the show's finale.

"The Biggest Loser" airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. on NBC.
