'New Day' for David Arquette as he Prepares To Direct New Project

David Arquette is keeping himself busy after announcing his split from his wife of 11 years Courteney Cox.
The actor is putting on his director's hat for an upcoming episode of the hit CBS show "CSI: Miami." Arquette tweeted: "I'm directing 'CSI: Miami' next week and today is my 1st day of prep. Seems like a new day."
Arquette hasn't hidden from the public since news of his separation from Cox broke on October 11th. He gave an extremely candid interview on Howard Stern's XM/Sirius radio show where he revealed that he had slept with someone else during their separation, but later apologized for sharing too much. The actor-turned-director also made a solo red carpet appearance at Spike TV's Scream Awards.
