Bristol Palin: I'm Shocked That I'm Still on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Surprised Bristol Palin's still hanging in there on "Dancing with the Stars"? Well, Bristol admits she's pretty astounded, too, as we take you inside her top-secret rehearsal for tonight's show.
"I'm shocked that we're still around, but I'm thankful for our fans out there that have voted us back each week," Bristol tells ET with a shy laugh.
We're there as the Sarah Palin's daughter and her pro-partner Mark Ballas rehearse the Viennese Waltz and group Cha Cha. Bristol's progress is admirable, Mark says.
"She's improving every week. … If you watch the first tape, to last week, it's pretty awesome. Y'know what I mean? Not a lot of the other couples in this competition you see that growth," he says.
Also monitoring Bristol's progress in the competition is her little boy, Tripp. "After the show I'll go home and watch it back with him, and he loves it. He thinks it's hilarious," she says.
Meanwhile, as the 20-year-old awaits her ballroom fate on Tuesday evening's "Dancing" results show, her mother Sarah will be covering the mid-term elections for FOX News. Which Palin will the rest of the family tune in to? "I think for this week they'll be tuning in to 'DWTS,'" Bristol says with a big smile.
