Jennifer Grey and pro partner Derek Hough have to learn two dances for Monday's "Dancing with the Stars," and they tell ET that when it comes to the competition of the Final Five, it's war!

"Psychological warfare," jokes the former 'Dirty Dancing' star about their strategy. "I have one thing to say to the competition: The gloves are off."

"Now you can see the light at the end of the tunnel," says Derek. "It's kind of like this second wind, let's rock and roll, let's do this thing, we've made it this far, let's keep going."

Jennifer confirms that she has to take a break every couple of hours, thanks to doctor's orders, and she jokes, "That's how the old broads have do it. We've got to pace ourselves; you're dancing with a 25-year-old, you've got to pace yourself, that's all I know."

Both are appreciative of the breaks, which give them an opportunity to reboot "like an iPhone." Derek also jokes that he's learned to become a ventriloquist on the dance floor when he's delivering reminder instructions as they actually perform live.

"He's always like, 'shoulders down,'" says Jennifer, imitating her partner with her teeth clenched in a smile.

This week Jennifer and Derek must learn the Quickstep and the "Insta-dance." The pair aren't yet sure what they'll do for the "Insta-dance," but Jennifer jokes, "I think we're just adding water and we'll have a Rumba, to be easy. … [Derek's] just going to be inspired by me, and it's the dance of love."
