Now that Cristina (Sandra Oh) has quit her job in the surgical residency program at Seattle Grace Hospital, she is out of control on Thursday night's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" -- and ET has your sneak peek.

When Callie (Sara Ramirez) stops by to find out how Cristina could walk away from a promising career as a heart surgeon, she finds Cristina rocking out to loud music.

But Cristina doesn't want to talk about quitting. She is more interested in the fact that Callie and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) broke up in the airport on their way to Africa.

Cristina tells Callie, "You don't have a job to go to. You don't have a girlfriend telling you that you have to go to Africa. You are completely free. You can do whatever you want. The world is your oyster. Make lemonade."

But Callie is hesitant, saying, "I was going to get my haircut today and make a radical change. Then I thought, 'Maybe I shouldn't do radical things right after a blonde woman has ripped your heart out of your chest and stomped on it.'"

So, Cristina does something radical. Watch the video to find out just what! Also on Thursday night's episode, top security measures go into place as a team of doctors, led by the Chief (James Pickens, Jr.), try to save the life of a major political figure from the Middle East, and Alex (Justin Chambers) shows up late from a weekend getaway to his first day of rounds with the new pediatrics attending, Dr. Phil Stark (guest star Peter MacNicol).

"Grey's Anatomy" airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
