Oksana Grigorieva gives her first TV interview on "Larry King Live" regarding Mel Gibson in relation to custody proceedings for their daughter and abuse allegations -- and ET has a sneak peek!

When King asks, "Why did you stay with him?" Grigorieva replies, "That was a mistake. I stayed a little bit too long. But, again, I immediately left…"

She goes on to say that at one point she forgave him and went back, "I gave him the last chance. He asked me for the last chance. He begged. He cried. He cried on his knees. What am I supposed to do?"

Grigorieva also tells King that she never saw Gibson drink. The only time she knew he was drunk, he was out of town.

As for why she recorded her conversation with him, Grigorieva says, "I started taping it around 11 o'clock because I thought, 'I'm actually not going to live through the night. I'm actually not going to live through the night and…'"

She adds that she wanted her mother to have evidence to present to the police, saying, "I wanted my mother to be able to prove that if I'm dead that this is who did it…"

In addition to Grigorieva, Martin Garbus, her attorney, was in the studio.

"Larry King Live"'s interview with Grigorieva airs Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 9 p.m. on CNN.
