Only Ada beat out the men on Tuesday night's "The Biggest Loser," putting Elizabeth, who lost four pounds, and Jessica, who only lost one pound, below the yellow line. And with Elizabeth a part of the Brendan/Patrick/Frado alliance, there was no doubt that Jessica was the one going to be voted off the ranch.

Now, ETonline talks to the 26-year-old wedding planner from Tucson, AZ to find out if she faults the guys for all the game play, why she cut her hair and if she believes her sexual assault was the reason she gained her weight in the first place.

"Going up against [Elizabeth], I kind of accepted my fate and knew I was going home," Jessica says. "I wasn't going to get dramatic in the elimination. I wasn't going to get worked up. I wasn't going to get crazy and end on this horrible note. I wanted to go out with some grace and some dignity and that is how I approached the elimination that night."

Jessica, whose starting weight was 282 pounds, is now down to 200 pounds, with a goal weight of 160 by the finale. She reveals that she gained the weight in the first place -- 85 pounds in a year -- after she was sexually assaulted.

"I believed in my heart of hearts that no man was going to want an overweight woman," Jessica says. "Nobody would come on to me; nobody would touch me; nobody would bother me if I wasn't physically attractive. Now that I dealt with that past and the hurt, and the weight is gone now, it is kind of exciting. I am excited to meet a great guy. I am excited to delve into a new relationship and see what life has to offer."

The theme for this season's "The Biggest Loser" is "Pay it Forward." Jessica, who missed makeover week at the ranch by just one week, decided that she would treat herself to a her own makeover and pay it forward at the same time.

"We ended up donating two separate 12-inch chunks of hair to Locks of Love," she tells ETonline. "My hair grows very fast. You will see at the finale. It is going to be long. I thought, 'Hey, it is all about paying it forward. I am a new me. Why not make a drastic change?' Nobody had seen me with short hair since I was a little kid. I have always had really long hair. I thought, 'It will be fun. It will be something I can do to give back.'"

"The Biggest Loser" airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on NBC.
