Season nine's "The Biggest Loser" contestants Sam Poueu and Stephanie Anderson's relationship comes full circle when Sam proposes to Stephanie on "The Biggest Loser: Where Are They Now?" ET has your sneak peek!
Sam, who started on the ranch at 372 pounds and weighed 230 pounds at the finale, invited both his and Stephanie's [she started at 264 pounds and weighed 165 at the finale] families to the gym at the ranch for the occasion.
"Obviously, I didn't bring you here to reminisce on everything we have done the last year together," he tells her. "Baby, I love you. Since that first day that I saw you, I knew that there wasn't a day in the rest of my life that I wanted to go without seeing your face. That was a year ago. Now, I want us forever. [He drops on one knee]. Will you be my wife?"
The ring (see video) was custom created by Blue Nile based on a detailed description from Sam of what he wanted to give Stephanie and, of course, what Stephanie likes in jewelry. It's a 2-carat, cushion cut diamond, the setting is platinum and features round diamonds (1/3-carat total diamond weight) and a unique four-prong center head. It retails from Blue Nile for approximately $23,000 but was independently appraised at a retail value of $34,000.
Then the question everyone wants an answer to is: Did the contestants on "The Biggest Loser" keep the weight off when they were off the ranch? More than 30 former contestants will be featured, revealing what they look like now and how they are doing. Plus, several past season winners will reunite for a very special Thanksgiving dinner prepared by chef Curtis Stone.
"The Biggest Loser: Where Are They Now" will air Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 9 p.m. on NBC.
