Kat von D Loses Her Cat and Home in a Fire

Kat Von D tweeted heartbreaking news this weekend when she lost her cat Valentine in a fire.
She wrote: "R.I.P. My little Valentine," after breaking the news on Twitter that a fire early Monday morning burned her house down, along with her cat inside. In addition to the sad news, she tweeted a photo of her hairless pet.
At the time of the fire, Von D was in Canada promoting her book, The Tattoo Chronicles.
She also tweeted her fans that she would not be canceling her tour, thanking them for their comforting words.
Von D also tweeted a photo of herself in the ruins of her home, writing, "In order to gain everything, you must lose everything."
The "L.A. Ink" star came under media scrutiny when she began dating Jesse James, following his breakup with Sandra Bullock. The reality TV couple has not been photographed together recently.
