Second time's a charm! Brad Womack tells our Nancy O'Dell that he ends up falling in love with one of the ladies on "The Bachelor" this season.
"I do choose somebody this go-round," Brad says. "I can I honestly say I'm very much in love."
The oft-villainized "Bachelor" spills all kinds of secrets to Nancy on the ET set's confessional couch, dishing that he's only able see his new woman "on a limited basis, and we're chaperoned."
"It's definitely under lock and key, and I'm not allowed to see her nearly enough, but it's part of the game," he says.
Of course, that doesn't stop him from calling his mystery woman on the phone "as much as humanly possible." How many times a day, Nancy wonders? "I'm about to sound like a teenager," Brad gushes. "Fifteen times a day? 20 times a day? Is that excessive?… Every chance I get I want to talk to this woman."
The 38-year-old bar owner from Texas stays mum on the topic of whether or not he's engaged but does allow: "If I am, then it is the real deal and yes, we'll be married, no doubt about it. If I'm not, we'll see how the relationship progresses."
One thing's for sure: right now this "Bachelor" is one happy dude. And as most people know, that wasn't always the case. Brad was positively villainized for rejecting both Jenni Croft and DeAnna Pappas on the show's season 11 finale three years ago. He even sought therapy to analyze his commitment-phobia before returning for a second shot at reality-TV romance.
Now, Brad's dishing to Nancy about "the complete surprise" of reckoning with Jenni and DeAnna on this season's kick-off episode. Plus, how about that slap heard 'round the world? Watch our video for more!
Don't miss an all-new episode of "The Bachelor" Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
